If you are applying to Reception you must also complete a CAF form for Brent, or your local education authority if you do not live in this borough. As this school is always oversubscribed it is important that you select six schools on the CAF form , including some close to where you live, in order to ensure you are offered a school of your choice.


If your child was born between  01/09/13 and 31/08/14

they can apply for  a part time Nursery place.

 

If your child was born between  01/09/12 and 31/08/13

they can apply for a Reception place.

  • The SIF should be returned to the school office, with all applicable supporting documents, by 4 pm on Friday 13th January. Applications received after this will be classed as late and will not be considered until after the initial offers have been made.
  • Please enclose:
  • Certificate of Catholic Practice
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Two proofs of address less than two months old.
  • This should be a council tax letter, major utility bill, landline telephone bill or a letter from the HMRC or Department for Work and Pensions. We do not accept bank statements, mobile phone, credit or store card bills, NHS cards or letters , payslips or personal letters. 

 

Please be advised that  information and/or any supporting documentation which is false or deliberately misleading may  lead to any place offered being withdrawn, even if the child has already started school.
